You can’t change what you don’t know. It takes real courage to look at the truth about ourselves. Old fears and shame-based thinking can often stand in our way. It can be overwhelming to consider new conceptions, ideas, and emotions – but the path is tried and true. The 12 Steps, prayer, and meditation help to transform our fears.
