Chemical Dependency Services

Chemical Dependency Assessments
Four chemical dependency (CD) workers provide Rule 25 Chemical Use Assessments for adolescents and adults referred by the court, community providers, treatment programs, or who are requesting services on a voluntary basis. This assessment provides level of care recommendations for CD treatment, and is required to access the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF), an income-based treatment funding source. Individuals on Minnesota Medical Assistance are automatically eligible for CCDTF.Chemical Dependency Assessment workers provide services coordination, make referrals, and conduct pre-petition screenings for CD commitment. Family members or other interested community members may request a screening for individuals who are presenting a serious danger to self or others due to their chemical use.Pick Up Program Plans
