Completely renovated 1905 Mansion located in the Historic Hill Neighborhood Walking Distance to Summit and Grand Avenues Certified for 15 women Cable T.V. in living rooms only, free long distance phone, and wireless internet Includes all cleaning supplies and paper products for the house, coin-op washer and dryer, and live in house manager House Fee is $625.00 per month (with a $300.00 Sobriety Deposit) and includes all utilities.
