As Minnesota’s largest Federally Qualifed Health Center, West Side Community Health Services ensures that the communities we serve have access to high quality and affordable health care. Services are provided regardless of a patient’s ability to pay for services when rendered and regardless of a patient’s insurance status. Patients without health insurance are supported through our West Side Cares’ Discount Program which accounts for a patient’s and her/his family’s financial ability to contribute to their care. During 2014, West Side Community Health Services provided over $13.5 million dollars in sliding fee discounts for medical, dental and pharmacy services provided to uninsured and underinsured patients.
