Diversity Home Health Group delivers high quality and cost-effective home care services to clients living in their own homes. One of our services is behavioral health services to those who have mental problems including anxiety, stress or depression. We proudly serve Rochester, Minnepolis, St. Paul and the surrounding cities in Minnesota. Our clinical counseling services were adjusted into telehealth since the pandemic occurred.
