Are you a family member or concerned other of someone affected by substance use disorder? The virtual Family Support Group is here to help.
This free, bi-monthly group uses principles from CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training), developed by Robert Meyers, Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico. CRAFT helps family members and concerned others gain awareness of how their own behavior can impact the substance use of their loved ones and help them use behavioral strategies to promote positive changes. Family members and concerned others are also encouraged to focus on self-care.
Dates: second and fourth Tuesday of the month
Time: 7 – 8:30 P.M.
