How do the Steps lead us to Freedom from the past? From harms done to me?
From Hurts I’ve caused others. When we go through the recovery process,
eventually we have to take it ALL through the Steps. We find resistance when
we are afraid of what will happen when God, or our Higher Power, removes our
attachment to these things. Our biggest challenge is to be honest about what is
standing between us and God. During this weekend we will explore the
Freedom to forgive ourselves and others, and grow into the person we are
meant to become.
