You can’t change what you don’t know. It takes real courage to look at the truth about ourselves. Old fears and shame-based thinking can often stand in our way. It can be overwhelming to consider new conceptions, ideas, and emotions – but the path is tried and true. The 12 Steps, prayer, and meditation help to transform our fears. And we don’t have to do any of this alone. This weekend will be an opportunity to embrace new ways of being, and connecting with others to allow for mutual support in the process!
