F5 Project believes in the idea that when a community wraps their arms around an individual who is working to better their lives after incarceration and/or treatment, powerful things can happen! F5 is a rapidly growing non-profit established in 2017 that serves the entire state of North Dakota in numerous capacities such as Transitional Living, Peer Support, etc. and have recently begun new endeavors into the beautiful state of Minnesota!

In Moorhead, MN we have 1 Men’s transitional living home dedicated to providing a safe stable place to call home that is condusive to one’s recovery, goals, and overall wellness. F5 Project’s Transitional Living Program functions on a phase system, and is supportive of all pathways to recovery! All housing participants have access to Peer Support and Care Coordination.
