Outpatient treatment allows for a healthy transition into a lifestyle of recovery. We believe that success in treatment does not mean “making recovery your life”, but rather “making your life your recovery”
We offer ongoing intensive outpatient treatment for women who are committed to moving toward a healthy, stable, and rewarding life free from substance use.
Our program is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Stages of change, but also take a biopsychosocial approach to our client’s individual situations. We are fully compatible with any support system one chooses to engage in the community.
Long-term recovery can be difficult to maintain without ongoing support, especially following the structure of a residential program. Success in the home and the community requires life skills, guidance, and support from those who know how to handle the challenges ahead.
This can be best achieved by setting realistic and manageable goals, finding meaningful ways to use one’s time, energy, skills, and leisure time, building a system of support in the community, increasing communication skills, and setting boundaries to navigate the realities of daily life, and build a “life worth living”.
