Mission: Our philosophy of our program is that community treatment is a necessary alternative and a compliment to hospitalization, and that people have the right to the least restrictive alternative. Services must be provided in a setting that is conducive to optimal growth and supports development of independence. The uniqueness of the individual and the individual«s rights, needs, and beliefs must be recognized and respected at all times.
