Elite Recovery and Elite Empower for Women is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) addiction treatment program based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. We offer integrated treatment to adult males and females, 18 years and older who struggle with substance abuse and mental health issues.  We offer a rent stipend for our clients based on attendance at our IOP groups and with our partnered sober homes.

Elite Recovery also has a full-time assessment team for chemical health assessments.  Our assessors can complete services in-person at our offices, via tele-health and mobile.
