All Recovery Meeting Co-Facilitator Volunteer
Position Description: All Recovery Meeting (ARM) Co-Facilitator

Purpose
The purpose of the All Recovery Meeting (ARM) Co-Facilitator is to assist Minnesota Recovery Connection staff in the facilitation of All Recovery Meetings by ensuring conversation moves forward.
Roles & Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of an All Recovery Meeting (ARM) Co-Facilitator Volunteer include:
- Creating a safe space for participants to be open with each other
- Referring participants to resources as needed
- Preparing recovery capital scales for participants
- Explaining recovery capital scales to participants
- Moderating conversations to ensure appropriate conversations are happening
- Providing constructive feedback to meeting participants when necessary
- Honoring all pathways to recovery
- Represent Minnesota Recovery Connection with integrity and in accordance with the volunteer handbook
Requirements
- 6 months in personal or family recovery or experience as a recovery ally
- A desire to give back to the recovery community
- Experience with running a zoom meeting (preferred)
- Completion of the Recovery Coach Academy (RCA)
- Completion of the Volunteer Orientation
- Ability to commit to a minimum of one All Recovery Meeting a Week
