- Day (9-12), Afternoon (1-4), & Evening Step-Down (6-830) Groups
- Housing for Men (18+)

- Option to transfer to our Housing Support Program -post discharge, if eligible.

COMPREHENSIVE CHEMICAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS
- Direct Access Comprehensive Assessments
- Individualized Assessments to Determine Level of Care and Service
- Telehealth option available
COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS
- Each Client will be Assessed for need for Mental Health Care and Services
- Access to Onsite Mental Health Providers
- Access to Psychiatric Provider for Medication Management
