This is Crown Medical Support Services Clinic.

Crown Medical, located in the heart of Minneapolis, is opening an Intensive Outpatient Program first started in 2020.

Crown Medical itself is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has been seeking to bridge the gap in healthcare service disparities faced by minorities, women, immigrants, low income and medically underserved groups for the past 20 years. We are looking for people we can help.

We provide easy access and walk-in appointments for our MAT services. Our medical team can prescribe and monitor Suboxone, Vivitrol, and other treatments.

Please consider Crown IOP as an option for treatment services of all levels of care (excepting residential). If you are stepping down in level of care you may benefit from ongoing treatment services with Crown as well. Crown is happy to provide assessment, treatment and any services people might need.

Crown is flexible with group and individual hours, and we can meet most people’s continuing care and IOP needs.
